PiYo is a hybrid, athletic workout, which combines the mind and body practices of yoga and Pilates, as well as the principles of stretch, strength training, conditioning, and dynamic movement.
It is a pre-designed class that will really get your heart rate going as it features various styles of yoga and Pilates in continuous movement and flows from one exercise to another.
I received my Pilates teaching certification and have since developed a series of exercises that are inspired by the traditional Joseph Stott Pilates Mat exercise routine.
The inspiration came while I was on materinity leave with my son when I found myself with very limited options for fitness and socialization that incorporated my new baby.
I have designed a way to incorporate babies as weight/resistance and in some cases something to focus on while completing this Pilates based routine.
This is a great class for Moms who are looking to get back into shape while connecting with their new babies!
ikko Flow is a fun way to explore the strength, stability, and flexibility in your body. This class will leave you feeling refreshed, empowered, and centered. We will flow through various postures, concentrating on technique, and growth.

Your child/children will discover the basic principles of Pilates through interactive story, song, and play. We will get their hearts racing, and explore different ways to quite the mind.
Mom's/Dad's/Caregiver's can enjoy an hour to yourself, shop in store, run errands, or stick around and play.
"Power & Soul"
This class is exactly what it sounds like. We start off with 30 minutes of "Power" High intensity strength & cardio, followed by 15 mintutes of "Soul" Flexibility , stretching, and balance.

R I S E UP Kids Yoga is an 8 week session beginning Monday September 16th "A practice rooted in how to treat others, and how to take care of ourselves"
We believe in creating a safe space for children to explore a personal yoga and mindfulness practice. We want to inspire children to adopt lifelong healthy emotional and physical habits. Through RISE UP yoga and mindfulness, your children will learn basic practices of Yoga (The Yamas, Niyamas, Pranayama, & Asana), while learning to regulate their emotions, learning acceptance, kindness, compassion, and movement.
